Welcome. My name is Steve Spurlock. I'm a Certified Home Inspector for Arizona, a Certified Thermographer (Infrared Energy Inspections), and a Certified Energy Audit Inspector. I am the owner of Spurs Mechanical Specialties Inspection Services and a member of the Plumbers and Air Conditioners Union. I have been active in several aspects of Construction for over 35 years, and I hold Arizona ROC Contracting Licenses in plumbing, piping, carpentry, remodeling and repairs. I have a BS Degree from Michigan State University, am a Certified Steamfitter, Welder, and teacher of Orbital and Manual Welding, Process Piping, and Ultra High Purity Piping, plus Clean Room Quality Control Protocol. I am SSTA and OSHA Certified.
