Excluded in Our Inspections:

RADON TESTING:  Since basements are rare in Arizona, we do not perform Radon Testing. 

MOLD INSPECTION:  We do not perform Mold Testing.  However we will advise you if we see evidence of excessive moisture and you should seek a Mold Inspection.

TERMITE INSPECTION:  We do not perform Termite Inspections.  If, during our Inspection, we see evidence of Termites on the premises, we will advise you.  Termite Inspections are required for every home purchase in Arizona.
