When Spurs conducts a General Inspection on a Commercial Property, we will perform the most thorough Inspection possible.  We inspect the entire premise from the foundation to the roof, including all HVAC units, the roofing material, and the entire exterior.  Inside, we will inspect each area of the Interior, whether it is a warehouse or subdivided into different suites and offices.   We inspect all plumbing and electrical, all windows and doors, any appliances in kitchen areas and all fixtures in bathroom areas.  Anything visible is Inspected and evaluated.

The cost of a General Commercial Inspection is based on the Square Footage, the Age of the structure, List Price, Location, and how the structure is configured.  For example, an empty warehouse will cost less than a building configured with several offices.  And, as with our Home Inspections, your General Commercial Report will be emailed to you in most cases that same evening. 

Spurs also offers a Specialized Commercial Inspection.  This inspection type is much more detailed and can include any or all of the following:  Mold, Asbestos, Infrared, Condition and Life Expectancy of Electrical Components, HVAC Equipment, Roofing, and Elevators.  This Inspection is more costly and may take from several days up to several weeks to produce your report.
