Although Spurs does not perform Mold or Termite Inspections, if, during the course of our Home Inspection for you, we see any evidence to indicate that there is excessive moisture which can lead to Mold OR we see evidence of Termite Trails on the premises, we will indicate those findings in your report and recommend you seek further examination by Qualified Licensed Professionals.
